Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management or a related field
• Proven track record of managing budgets, resources, and teams in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of Philippine business regulations and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders
• Ability to analyze complex data and make informed business decisions
• Experience with project management tools and software, such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
