Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a life science or related field (CRA I) or Master's degree (CRA II/Sr CRA)
• At least 2 years of experience in clinical research (CRA I) or 4 years (CRA II/Sr CRA)
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial regulations, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and pharmacovigilance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with electronic data capture (EDC) systems and clinical trial management software
• Fluency in English and Filipino (Tagalog)
