Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in customer experience management or a related field
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing customer-centric strategies that drive business growth
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze customer feedback data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with the Philippine market and cultural nuances is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and tools is a plus
