Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in customer experience management or a related field
  • Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze customer feedback
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies
  • Knowledge of Philippine market trends and consumer behavior
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
