Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle diverse customer needs
  • Proficiency in English and Filipino languages, both written and spoken
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Familiarity with IKEA's products and services, or a willingness to learn
  • Basic computer skills, with experience in Microsoft Office applications
