Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle diverse customer needs
- Proficiency in English and Filipino languages, both written and spoken
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Familiarity with IKEA's products and services, or a willingness to learn
- Basic computer skills, with experience in Microsoft Office applications
