Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Familiarity with digital financial services or a related industry
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a relevant field preferred
- Proficiency in English and Filipino languages
- Basic computer skills and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
