Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the banking or financial industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customers and stakeholders
  • Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex customer issues
  • Knowledge of banking products and services, with a willingness to learn and stay updated on industry developments
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer support tools
