Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field from a reputable university
• At least 5 years of experience in financial accounting, preferably in a multinational company
• Strong knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and regulations
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficient in financial software and systems, including SAP, Oracle, or similar
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in mentoring and guiding junior accountants
