Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a healthcare management role, preferably in a dialysis or nephrology setting
• Proven track record of successfully managing teams and improving operational efficiency
• Strong knowledge of Philippine healthcare regulations and standards, including DOH and FDA guidelines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, staff, and external stakeholders
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth and patient outcomes
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare technology systems
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as nursing, business administration, or healthcare management
