Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a healthcare management role, preferably in a clinic or hospital setting
• Diploma in Nursing or related healthcare field, with a degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Management an advantage
• Proven track record of managing staff, budgets, and resources in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, staff, and stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Knowledge of Philippine healthcare regulations and standards, with the ability to ensure compliance
• Ability to work in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment, with a focus on continuous improvement and quality patient care
