Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role or in a healthcare management position
• Proven track record of managing clinic operations, including staff supervision and budgeting
• Strong understanding of Philippine healthcare regulations and standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare software systems
• Knowledge of quality improvement principles and patient safety protocols
