Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on quality, safety, and timely completion
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and best practices
• Proficiency in project management software, such as MS Project, Primavera, or Asana
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results
• Strong knowledge of Philippine construction laws and regulations
