About This Role

Join Asociación Centro Trama in Villaverde, Cagayan Valley, as an Educador Servicio de Inclusión Comunitaria para Jóvenes desde la Calle. Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in youth development, social work, or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Education, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders
• Strong program planning and management skills, with experience in developing and implementing community-based programs
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
• Familiarity with local community resources and networks, with the ability to build partnerships and collaborations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform program decisions
• Fluency in Filipino and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with youth and stakeholders
