Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in quality assurance, English language teaching, or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in English Language, Linguistics, Education, or a related field
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex data and provide actionable feedback
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with instructors, students, and other team members
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Familiarity with online learning platforms and quality assurance tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Familiarity with Philippine education regulations and standards is a plus
