Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in a management role
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in financial software and systems, such as QuickBooks or SAP
• Experience with financial planning, budgeting, and reporting
• Knowledge of Philippine tax laws and regulations
