Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a focus on financial planning and analysis
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and regulations (e.g. GAAP, SEC rules)
• Proficient in financial software and systems, including Excel, SAP, and Oracle
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Fluency in English and Filipino (Tagalog)
