Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in a fast-paced industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Excel, SAP, or Oracle
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial insights to non-financial stakeholders
• Knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and regulations, such as GAAP and SEC requirements
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality
