Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in a corporate setting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex financial data
• Proficiency in financial software, such as Excel, SAP, or Oracle
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to effectively communicate financial insights to non-financial stakeholders
• Knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Certification in finance or accounting, such as CPA or CFA, is a plus
