Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in finance analysis, preferably in a FMCG company
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex financial data
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and financial software such as SAP or Oracle
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with attention to detail and accuracy
