Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in finance management or senior accounting roles
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Proven leadership skills with experience in team management and development
• Proficiency in financial software and systems, including Excel, QuickBooks, and SAP
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines and priorities
