Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field from a reputable Philippine university
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial accounting, preferably in a multinational company
• Strong knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and regulations (e.g. GAAP, SEC)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret financial data
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. SAP, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with attention to detail and accuracy
