Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in financial accounting, preferably in the recruitment industry
• Strong understanding of Philippine accounting standards and tax laws
• Proficient in financial software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Accounting Technician (CAT) certification is an advantage
