Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in fund accounting with a focus on financial statement preparation and analysis
• Proven track record of managing teams and leading process improvements
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory requirements in the Philippines and Singapore
• Ability to analyze complex financial data and identify trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Proficiency in accounting software and systems
