Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in accounting with a focus on financial analysis and reporting
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Proficiency in financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines and priorities
