Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HMO operations, customer service, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with HMO regulations and industry standards
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
