Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment or HR roles, preferably in a professional services firm
• Proven track record of successful recruitment and talent management
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience with recruitment software and systems is a plus
