Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR-related roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in the Philippines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with HRIS systems and recruitment software
