Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR-related roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in the Philippines
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with HRIS systems and recruitment software
