Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in HR recruitment or a related field
• Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Experience with recruitment software and tools is a plus
