Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in HR/Recruiting in the Philippines
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven track record of successful recruitment and talent acquisition
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with HR software and systems, such as Workday or BambooHR
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations
