Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a fast-paced e-commerce or retail environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, or a related field
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations, including SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and management
• Proficient in HRIS systems, such as Workday or ADP
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex HR issues and conflicts
