Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in management accounting, preferably in the Philippines
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and regulations
• Proficiency in financial software and systems, such as SAP or Oracle
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
