Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in management accounting, preferably in a multinational company
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field from a reputable university
• Strong knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and regulations
• Proficiency in Excel, financial planning and analysis tools, and accounting software
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Familiarity with Philippine tax laws and regulations
