Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in management accounting, preferably in a similar industry or role
• Strong knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in working with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience with financial software such as SAP or Oracle
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, preferably with a Master's degree or certification (e.g. CPA)
• Experience with financial planning and budgeting, with a focus on cost control and optimization
