Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in management accounting or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proficiency in financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
• Experience with Philippine tax laws and regulations
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to mentor junior staff
