Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field from a reputable university
• Minimum 3 years of experience in management accounting or a related role
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards in the Philippines
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with Philippine tax laws and regulations
