Requirements

• At least 3-5 years of experience in management accounting or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field from a reputable university
• Strong knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and regulations
• Proficiency in financial planning and analysis software, such as Excel, SAP, or Oracle
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
