Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in management accounting or a related field
• Strong knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and regulations
• Proficiency in financial analysis and budgeting software, such as Excel and SAP
• Ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
• Experience with financial reporting and compliance, including SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
