Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Management Accountant or in a similar role
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• Professional certification in accounting (e.g. CPA, CMA) is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws in the Philippines
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and accounting software (e.g. SAP, Oracle)
• Familiarity with Philippine financial reporting requirements and standards
