Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in customer care or a related field
- Proven track record of leading teams and achieving customer satisfaction targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Familiarity with airline operations and customer service standards
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
