Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the retail or FMCG industry
• Proven track record of driving business growth, improving efficiency, and reducing costs
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
• Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and regulations, including SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in using ERP systems and other operational tools
