Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Land Planning, Urban Planning, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in land planning, urban planning, or a related field
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful land planning strategies
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders, including government agencies, developers, and community groups
• Knowledge of Singapore's land planning regulations and policies
• Experience with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and other planning software
