Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Montessori Guide or equivalent role
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Knowledge of the Montessori method and its principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to create engaging lesson plans and activities
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
