Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management or operations
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain operations
• Experience with point-of-sale systems and retail software
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
