Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in operations management in the e-commerce or healthcare industry
• Proven track record of driving business growth through process improvements and team leadership
• Strong understanding of Philippine business regulations and compliance
• Ability to analyze complex data and make informed business decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with logistics and supply chain management
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and technologies
