Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in construction management or a related field
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish
• Strong understanding of construction laws and regulations in the Philippines
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team
• Proficient in project management software and tools, such as MS Project or Asana
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive project success
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
