Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the iGaming industry
• Proven track record of successfully managing teams and projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
• Experience with process improvement and optimization techniques
• Familiarity with Philippine laws and regulations related to iGaming
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
