Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management or a related field
• Proven track record of successfully leading teams and implementing operational improvements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
