Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in planning, project management, or a related field
• Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic plans
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with project management tools and software such as MS Project, Asana, or Trello
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Knowledge of Singapore's construction industry and market trends
