Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in program management or a related field
• Proven track record of leading projects from conception to completion
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
• Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Trello, MS Project)
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
