Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in program management or a related field
• Proven track record of delivering customer experience programs that drive business growth
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer feedback and develop data-driven solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience with customer experience metrics and tools, such as Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT)
• Familiarity with design and creative industries, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong understanding of the Philippine market and customer preferences
